As a Highway Engineer and Site Inspector, the following are my responsibilities:
• To observe, monitor and scrutinize Contractor’s construction activities and to note all relevant details in dairy and daily progress Performa. 
• Doing regular inspections of construction site.
• Monitoring the complete road construction process and safeguarding the quality of work.
• To ensure the execution of construction activities as per Specifications and Drawings.

As a Site Engineer , the following were my responsibilities :
•       Supervision of all activities / construction on site.
•       Preparation of monthly progress reports.
•       Report daily activities to the project Engineer.
•       Monitoring of physical progress on site.
•        Supervised the daily construction activities.
•       Assuring Quality Control.
•       Checking of all civil works that carried out by the sub-contractors like installation of structure steel bar as well as concreting and finishing works.
Update usage and availability of materials daily to avoid backlogs.

To supervise construction site ,assist Site Engineer and also gave daily report to Project Manager.
